Assalamua’alaikum… Waddup Everyone, you see my post again. Okay for this time, I want to tell you one story, this is my experience, I hope you can take a lesson from this story. This experience happened when I was junior high school in second grade. I had 2 male friends who always mocked me. They always call me “Pig” because I have big nostrils. They even called me “Virus”, they also wrote a negative word on my table. They got angry with me because I was an active student. They always intimidated in whole day. We can call it like “Bullying” now. Do you know how was my reaction? I just quite, I never gave them feedback to revenge as well as they did to me, because I have truth, only Allah can judge someone and only Allah the best court, so let Allah revenge them on His way. We are really sure every person in this world has their own problem, because problem always comes to our daily life. But sometimes people cannot solve that problem, finally they get stress. So in this text, let’s we talk about “How To Reduce Stress”. Stress is a condition of human being when he or she faces the problem, they get complicated, and he or she cannot solve the problem, then that person is under pressure. In education, curriculum is defined as a totality that students do in educational process. According to Kelly (1999), curriculum is negatively viewed as a “syllabus which may limit the planning of teachers to a consideration of the content or the body of knowledge they wish to transmit or a list of the subjects to be taught or both”. Indonesia is a country that has various local language, almost 700 local languages available in Indonesia. Most of Indonesian only know and familiar with two languages, Bahasa Indonesia and the local mother tongue. Because of having a wide variety of vernacular, mastering a new language is bothersome for Indonesians. Using of vernacular makes them accustom to using those language fluently (Dharma and Selvi, 2011). In the case of mother tongue, the learners learn it easily due to favorable environment. But learning a foreign language is quite challenging (Khan, 2011), the learners must have high exertion to learn English. Exertion itself cannot be abstained from obstacles for the learners.
