This video got from www.bandisoft.co.kr.  click for video here This teaching learning process was conducted in South Korea but the video uploader did not inform specific where the video took place is. This teaching learning process is in Grade 5 students, they taught about “Possessive Pronoun”.
1.      Role of Teachers and Students
There are 2 teachers in this video, male and female. The male teacher is a primary teacher in the classroom who speaks English, without using mother tongue in whole day time in teaching learning process. He had many contributions in the classroom, such as giving vocabulary, keep students desire to study up and make each students active in the classroom, meanwhile, the female teacher is a second teacher who helps primary teacher. She sometimes spoke Korean to make the students understand clearly what the primary teacher said. She also helped the primary teacher to teach students
These 2 teachers also play drama in front of the students to make
While the students, they sat in “U” letter and pay attention to the teachers, sometimes the teacher asked them to apply the Expressions (sentences) or Vocabularies that the teachers have given to them. They also able to practice the Expression (sentences) and Vocabularies clearly

2.      The Nature of Teacher and Students
The teachers made the classroom as cozy, enjoy and comfort class, the teachers also very friendly, they study while playing, not too formally. There is no intimidation there. The students was enjoy and having fun, and the teachers taught them clearly and briefly.
At first part the teachers showed some videos which contain the material, sometimes the videos material are funny and it makes the students laughed. After they showed the videos, they practice it one more time by playing drama in front of students by using a real things to make they more understand what the videos means. This is the Expression, that they have listened
“Are these yours Amy?”, “Yes, they are, thank you”.
The primary teacher asked them to repeat the Expression (sentences) in the video to their next friends and making the body movement by clapping and stamping his foot on the floor and said “ teach it”, and then the students followed the same body movement and said “oke”, and then the students start practicing it. While the students practice, the teachers look around the students, and try helping the students who can not be able to do it. Some students practice it confidently, but there are some students need teachers’ treatment to train them how to pronounce it, as you can see, the girl who wears pink clothes seems like feel doubt and the second teacher help her.
After giving the first video, the primary teacher asked them who wants to repeat the Expression, it aims to make sure whether they have master it or not. There are no one students raise their hands, finally the primary teacher just point the 2 students out. Sometimes if students make a mistake pronunciation, the teachers correct it directly or asking them to repeat the Expression again to make them realize.
The teachers really appreciate every single students’ work, the primary teacher make a “star” as a point and it makes them very happy. Giving achievement is really important for teacher to encourage the students desire to study.
For second part, the primary teacher showed them a video, the Expression is
“whose key is this?”, “well, I don’t know”
“is this yours Amy?”, yes it’s mine, thank you
The primary teacher asked them again, to repeat the Expression, the same way as first, they have to repeat it with their the friends. But in this part students have to close their eyes to memorize the expression part until they master it.
For third part the primary teacher gave the expression again and the teachers playing role play again in front of the students
“all these yours?”, “yes they are, thanks jaehoon”.
The primary teacher asked student to do so, they were going to have role play by saying that expression with their friends.
The next part, the primary teacher gave some vocabularies in classroom such as, bag, socks, pencil, pencil case, then the teacher asked them to put the vocabulary in the expression. Many students are very enthusiastic and active, when teacher asked them who wants to try it, many students raise their hands.
After all, the teacher gave a game to the students, the students were given 2 minutes too color picture on the paper, after that, the primary teacher asked them to close their eyes, because the teachers wanted to change each student’ paper randomly, then the students have to asked to other students, whose picture that they got, by saying the Expression “ is this your…(based on the picture that they have got)?”. “yes, it’s mine, thank you” or “no, it’s not mine, thanks”. The students play actively, sometimes they laughed and make a joke with their friends. The primary teacher always say “great, well done, good job, and thank you” to appreciate the students. It is also important to students, it can lead student to enhance their passion to study.
3    Characteristic Teaching Learning Process
This teaching learning process is based on mixture of Audiolingual method, Direct Method, and Oral Situational Approach.
The primary teacher used Audiolingual method when Expression repetition, in this video the role of primary teacher like an orchestra leader, directing and controlling the Expression, beside that, new vocabularies and structural patterns are presented through dialogue about possessive pronoun. The students have to memorize the dialogue and repeat it over and over until they master it.
Then Direct method was applied when the primary teacher give the vocabulary by delivering
directly by delivering a picture of that things. The teacher also correct student pronunciation directly to avoid the mistake, beside that the primary teacher never uses mother tongue, he used English fully it is same as direct method teacher.
Meanwhile Oral Situational Approach, we can see when the teacher giving English classroom vocabularies, it is exactly like Oral Situational Approach technique, the teacher must give vocabularies based on situation, when the students learn in the classroom, teacher must deliver vocabulary based on there too, something that exist in the classroom, the aims is to make students more understand.
4.      How The Teachers Response Students Error

The way they response students error is very wise, the teachers never judge or got angry if students make mistake. They use direct method, while students make a mistake, the teachers correct it directly, sometimes they also asked them to repeat the Expression until they realize about their mistake. Although students make mistakes, the teachers still appreciate them by saying “good job, well done, and thank you” by doing that, students never get nervous to face the teacher.
